this is the terms and conditions section for the papillon library. This is also the Terms of service page as well (also known as TOS page). Please read all of the sections in its entirety. please take heed to each section very carefully. the papillon library or any one associated with in real life or second life is not to be held liable (legal or not) for any misunderstandings of the terms and conditions for they will be in laments terms.

Your right to privacy

I take your privacy very seriously. Your information that you submit will not be sold or shared with any one and will not be used against you in any way or fashion. The information you share are for the curator's eyes only as basic information to add to this site solely.  if you have any questions feel free to IM lishajoya haven or my main alt Lishajoyahavenalt Resident inworld. you have the right to not submit your information as well.

MY ADDTION/AMENDMENT TO THIS SECTION as of December 27th, 2025

Its come to my attention that people are understandably concerned about using a third party site as/like a referential site for Papillon Breedables with the potential threat of being doxxed or threatened in some fashion when accessing a site like this. Thus, and is understande that you are concerned for/about any breaches of anyone's Real Life information. Rest assured, None is shared.

I take your trust in me very seriously. All of you are very precious to me and protecting you and your privacy is my utmost highest priority!

You will  never be DOXXED while  on my site and your information will not be used to do that. PERIOD!!

*Login Credentials: Passwords, security questions/answers.
*Contact Info: Home address, phone number, personal email.
*Biometrics: (Though less common on generic sites) anything that uniquely identifies you physically.
Emerging 2025 Concerns

*Identifying Demographics: Full legal names, birth dates, and family members' names.
*OR any other information you decide to share on the site

1. all the photos, gifs, videos, wording or any other creative works on this site are the sole property of lishajoya haven/the real life person behind the avatar- so its my hard work and so its my intellectual property.

You are NOT allowed to copy my photos, gifs, videos wordings or any of my creative works in second life or any other place on the internet- nor are you allowed to modify them with any means or photo altering programs in any fashion.  You are also not allowed to sell or distribute my textures/photos/gifs/videos/snippets of my videos or textures/photos on any where on the net or any where in life.

I understand that some of you want to get a copy of my photos -in which im flattered. However, if you want to use my photos- JUST ASK before you steal my hard work. i might be nice and let you use them. I am just asking for some respect for my hard work.
